пол., амер. доктрина Трумэна (впервые сформулирована Г. Трумэном в обращении к конгрессу в марте 1947 г.; в соответствии с ней США должна поддерживать любыми финансовыми, техническими и военными средствами те государства, где есть опасность установления прокоммунистических режимов, в частности, крупномасштабная экономическая помощь была оказана Турции и Греции)
